Sophie is a Postdoctoral fellow working with Amy Wesolowski.  Her interests include statistical methods for leveraging genetic and proteomic data to better understand malaria transmission.  Sophie holds a BA in mathematics from Bowdoin College and a PhD in Biostatistics from Johns Hopkins.
