Kyra Grantz

Kyra is a PhD student in infectious disease epidemiology.  Her interests include modeling fine-scale spatial and temporal dynamics of disease transmission, as well as assessing the effectiveness of intervention strategies through both theoretical and field-based research. Before joining JHSPH, Kyra was a research associate at MSF-Epicentre in Paris, France, focusing on implementation and analysis of vaccine trials, and a research assistant with the University of Florida Infectious Disease Dynamics group. She holds a BA in biology and molecular engineering from the University of Chicago.
